How do I track my order?
Open Track my order and enter your order number and the phone number or email used at checkout. Signed-in customers see every order under My Orders.
Can schools or offices place bulk orders?
Yes. Email us the item list, sizes and quantities and we will quote a bulk price and delivery date. Class sets of uniforms and stationery are our most common bulk order.
Can you source a book you do not stock?
Usually. Send the title, author and ISBN if you have it; we will confirm availability and price within two working days.
What are your support hours?
Seven days a week, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pakistan time, by phone and WhatsApp. Email is answered within one working day.
