Shipping & delivery
Where we deliver, how fast, what it costs, and what happens if a parcel goes astray.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 2,500 (calculated after any promo discount). Below that, delivery is a flat Rs. 199 to any address in Pakistan. There is no extra charge for cash on delivery.
Delivery times
- Dispatch: within 1–2 working days of your order (Monday to Saturday).
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala): 2–3 days after dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: 3–5 days after dispatch.
- Public holidays and Eid weeks add 1–2 days.
Tracking
You receive an email when the order is placed, packed and shipped, with the courier's tracking code. Track any order with its number and your phone or email.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on all orders up to Rs. 50,000. Have the exact amount ready if you can; riders carry limited change. JazzCash and EasyPaisa are accepted at checkout for orders you want to arrive fully paid, including gifts.
Failed or missed deliveries
The courier attempts delivery twice and calls before each attempt. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we contact you to rearrange. Refused cash-on-delivery orders are cancelled; repeated refusals may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders.
Damaged or missing items
Check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours; we replace or refund without a return in most cases. See also the returns policy.
