Orders and availability

An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. Every price is in Pakistani rupees and includes applicable taxes. If an item is out of stock after you order, we tell you within one working day and refund or substitute with your agreement.

Prices and promo codes

The price charged is the price shown at checkout. One promo code per order; codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. We may withdraw a code at any time, but an order already placed with it is honoured.

Payment

Cash on delivery, up to Rs. 50,000 per order, paid to the rider when the parcel arrives. JazzCash and EasyPaisa are coming soon; when they launch, wallet payments will be processed by the provider and we will never see your PIN.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password private. We may suspend an account used for fraud or repeated refused deliveries.

Content

Product descriptions and journal articles are written by us and may not be copied for commercial use. Reviews you submit may be published with your first name; we moderate for relevance and remove anything abusive.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
