School Uniform Buying Guide for Pakistan (2026): Sizes, Fabrics and Prices
Everything parents need before buying school uniforms online in Pakistan: size charts, which fabrics survive the wash, what a full set costs and when to buy.

A complete school uniform set in Pakistan costs roughly Rs. 4,500–7,500 for primary and Rs. 7,000–12,000 for senior classes, depending on whether a blazer is required. Buy poly-cotton shirts (they don't yellow), poly-viscose trousers or pinafores (they hold a crease) and size one step up for growth. Order two shirts per one bottom.

What a school uniform in Pakistan actually includes
Most private and public schools in Pakistan run one of two uniform systems: a Western uniform (white shirt with grey trousers or a navy pinafore, tie, belt, black shoes) or a shalwar kameez uniform (white or coloured kameez with matching shalwar, often with a dupatta or cap). Many schools switch to a lighter version in summer and add a cardigan or blazer from November to February.
Before you order anything, get the school's uniform list. It will specify the colour of trousers (charcoal grey is the most common), the tie stripe, whether the shirt is short- or long-sleeved, and the exact shade of navy for pinafores and blazers. Buying "navy" when the school means "midnight navy" is the most frequent reason for an exchange.

Three tops to two bottoms is the ratio every experienced parent lands on. Shirts collect ink, curry and playground dust; trousers mostly just need airing. If you can only stretch to the minimum, buy the extra shirt before the extra trousers.
Fabrics: what survives a Pakistani school year

Getting the size right
Sizes on school uniforms in Pakistan are usually quoted as a chest measurement in inches (22, 24, 26 … 44). A size 24 fits most 5–6 year olds; a size 32 fits most 11–12 year olds; adult sizes start at 36. Measure a shirt that currently fits well, flat, armpit to armpit, and double it. Then buy the next size up for anything ordered before December: almost every child grows a full size across a school year.
